I have had the rare privilege of learning about this land, its way of managing itself from diverse people and through diverse ways -
started with challenging management practices and looking for alternatives during my corporate days
found unlikely community that had already embarked on this journey
studied scriptures from which such principles came
learnt from history by working with pre-Colonial history narrations
researched on traditional community institutions
worked with rural communities, artisans and crafts persons to study the management practices that sustain
engaged with the academics to see the limitations of our management education
I started offering workshops again last year because I noticed there was a gap and a good friend urged me to look at this sector again.
Now I am offering 6 weekend online lectures on this subject drawing from my diverse experience. Register using the QR code above or the link here - https://forms.office.com/r/kkkkP9k6J9
